Virtual Nutrition Counseling NOW AVAILABLE!

As an experienced bariatric dietitian, I specialize in helping those morbidly obese. If you are trying to lose 100lbs or more, I can help you begin your weight loss journey.

If you are considering weight loss surgery or have had weight loss surgery, I offer nutrition education to help you reach your goals.

If you have developed obesity related diseases, such as diabetes, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, knee/body pain or take high amounts of medications, let's talk!

My goal is to help you break down the barriers to healthy eating and give you the guidance and motivation to make permanent changes. My passion is truly to see you succeed for a lifetime. My programs focus on simple lifestyle changes. I take the time to grow with you and introduce new goals that you can handle.

I specialize in nutrition counseling for those preparing for weight loss surgery and for those who have already had the gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, duodenal switch, lap-band and the gastric balloon.

After weight loss surgery, it's important you meet your nutritional needs to feel your best. Most of my patients tell me, they can begin to feel it immediately when they forget to take their vitamins! You may notice excess loss of hair or energy, easy bruising or other dysfunctions throughout your body when you begin to lack nutrients. As an experienced dietitian I can help guide your meal planning to avoid such consequences.
